Set within a beautiful forest setting, the restaurant offers sophisticated French dining inspired by the terroir of Shinshu, blending refined French cooking with the flavors and traditions of the Japanese Alps.
Led by our Chef de Cuisine, each dinner combines classical French technique with carefully selected seasonal ingredients, including wild mountain vegetables, fresh herbs, and regional specialties. Thoughtfully crafted to create an elegant and elevated dining experience, each course is complemented by an extensive international wine selection featuring celebrated French and global labels.

Join us in the lounge each afternoon to relax with a drink and live music. Warm up fireside with complimentary sparkling wine, malt wine, soft drinks, and curated pastries. The ideal way to ease out of your ski day or settle into the evening. Available daily from 15:30–17:30.
