At the heart of La Table de Neige lies a simple but profound principle: cuisine should speak quietly, but meaningfully, of its time and place. With Michelin-starred aspirations, our Chef de Cuisine and his team guide guests on a journey through the terroirs of Shinshu and beyond — showcasing the purity of locally sourced ingredients, the richness of regional specialties, and the forest’s own gifts: from delicate bracken and young ferns in spring, to earthy mushrooms and wild herbs in autumn.

Dinner at La Table de Neige is a curated Tour de France — a progression of beautifully composed plates that mirror both classical French technique and the subtle grace of Japanese seasonality. Each set menu celebrates the dialogue between culture and climate, refinement and restraint.

Live music fills the bar nightly, featuring a rotating lineup of international musicians performing timeless classics and taking occasional requests. There will also be complimentary sparkling champagne, malt wine, sake, soft drinks, and snacks for guests to enjoy. It is the perfect spot after returning from the slopes or settling in for the evening, offering comfort and good-cheer in a setting not to be missed. Offered daily from 15:30-17:30.
