At the heart of La Table de Neige lies a simple but profound principle: cuisine should speak quietly, but meaningfully, of its time and place. With Michelin-starred aspirations, our Chef de Cuisine and his team guide guests on a journey through the terroirs of Shinshu and beyond — showcasing the purity of locally sourced ingredients, the richness of regional specialties, and the forest’s own gifts: from delicate bracken and young ferns in spring, to earthy mushrooms and wild herbs in autumn.

Dinner at La Table de Neige is a curated Tour de France — a progression of beautifully composed plates that mirror both classical French technique and the subtle grace of Japanese seasonality. Each set menu celebrates the dialogue between culture and climate, refinement and restraint.

Llyod’s Bar is where architecture, atmosphere, and artistry meet. Named after Frank Lloyd Wright — whose influence can be seen throughout La Neige — the bar is both a tribute and an experience. Cocktails take cues from Wright’s travels, his love of nature, and the era he helped define. Expect classics with a twist, seasonal infusions, and an emphasis on balance and craft.

Surrounded by archival photographs of early Hotel La Neige and Wright’s iconic buildings in Japan and beyond, the space feels timeless yet alive. Every drink has a story, every object has intent, and every evening unfolds at just the right pace — strong, quiet, and beautifully made.
